How do I use Astropilot(s) in ChatGPT?
Add the Astropilots app in ChatGPT and sign in with the same Google account you use on astropilots.app. Then ask for your reading, or give your birth date (and time and birthplace if you know them). You can ask follow-up questions in the same chat.
Is my ChatGPT reading the same as the one on the website?
Yes. Both use the same account, the same chart, and the same saved reading and conversation. Start on either one and pick up on the other.
How do I disconnect the ChatGPT app?
Remove Astropilots from your connected apps in ChatGPT settings. If you want us to revoke every connection and sign-in token on our side as well, email us and we will do it.
Why did my reading change?
A reading is tied to the birth details it was made from. If you give different details (a new birth time, say), you get a new reading and the earlier conversation is cleared, because it belonged to the old chart.
How many messages do I get?
Accounts include 20 free chat messages. Messages from ChatGPT count toward the same total. A paid plan gives you far more, with a generous monthly cap.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the website, open the billing portal from your account menu on astropilots.app. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (or use Manage subscription on the app's Account screen). If that is not working for you, email us and we will sort it out.
How do I delete my data?
Email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account, reading and conversation.
